About

Built by people who use what they sell.

Zung Labs is a studio in Lahore: a team of developers, designers and marketers, led by two founders. One studied how AI changes the way people work; the other has done this work inside companies like the ones we serve.

We build the systems we would want to run ourselves, then we stay to look after them.

The square rusts slowly. Things that last do.

Who you work with

A team of developers, designers and marketers does the work, with the founders leading every project. AI speeds up the repetitive parts so the team can spend its time on the thinking, and every piece of work is checked by a person before it reaches you. You always know who is working on your project.

Founder

Holds a degree from Durham University. Their final thesis, “AI Productivity”, investigated the opportunities that open up when businesses put AI to work for productivity, which is the work Zung Labs now does every day.

Why "Zung"?

زنگ (zang) is Urdu and Persian for two things: rust, and a bell. Rust only forms on things that last. A bell rings when something needs attention. That is the whole job: build things that last, and ring first when something needs fixing.

What we believe

AI should give people time back, not give them more to manage.

Automate the repeat work; keep people for judgment.

If ChatGPT cannot describe you, the next customer will not find you.

Be easy for AI to understand and recommend.

A slow website leaks ad budget.

Fix speed before buying traffic.

Posting every day is not a strategy.

Fewer posts, each with a job.
