Terms of service

These terms apply when you use zunglabs.com or hire Zung Labs, based in Lahore, Pakistan. Each project also has a written scope; where the scope and these terms differ, the scope wins.

Free tools

The Site X-ray and our other free tools give automated, indicative results. Use them as a starting point, not as a guarantee or professional advice.

Quotes and scope

Fixed-price work is quoted against a written scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it. Prices on the site are starting prices and exclude ad spend and third-party subscriptions.

Payment

• Projects: 50% to start, 50% on delivery, unless the scope says otherwise.
• Monthly plans: billed in advance each month, cancel any time before the next billing date.
• Invoices are due on receipt.

Ownership

Once paid, you own what we make for you: designs, code, content and automations, running in your own accounts. We may reuse general know-how and our own templates, never your data or confidential material.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and only use it to deliver your project. We will not name you as a client without your permission.

White-hat only

We do not buy links, fake reviews or use tactics that break Google's or Meta's rules. We will decline work that requires them.

Liability

We do our work with care, but search rankings, AI answers and ad results depend on platforms we do not control. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with the courts of Lahore having jurisdiction. Questions: [email protected].
